Artist Simon Bull Supports Grosse Pointe Frogs*Fur*Friends
DETROIT, June 13, 2005

See International Artist Paint 'Live'

Simon Bull, an internationally acclaimed artist with works in private collections throughout the world, will visit Somewhere In Time Gallery in Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan on Thursday, June 16.

Mr. Bull's visit coincides with the community's Frogs*Fur*Friends project, and he has generously agreed to do a "live painting of a frog" to support the cause.

The public is invited to see Mr. Bull in action. He is scheduled to begin painting his frog sculpture starting at 11:00 a.m. in a tent just outside the gallery at 21211 Mack Avenue. This will be followed by an event inside the gallery from 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. where patrons can meet Mr. Bull and have him personalize their purchases with an original sketch or dedication.

"Simon Bull is just a fantastic individual," said gallery owner John Vovak. "He is such a wonderful, giving and inspiring person. He is one of the most collectible artists of our time.

"Art lovers all over the world have fallen in love with his rich and sensuous artwork. Whether flowers, musical instruments, or landscapes, the melody of color that flows from his canvas never fails to strike a chord in the heart."

For further information contact John Vovak, owner of Somewhere In Time gallery, at 313-886-8600.
