Mineta San Jose International Airport is proud to announce today that it is the first airport on the west coast to offer flight schedule information from its website for downloading on desktop computers, laptops and hand-held devices such as Palms and Pocket PCs. For the ultimate in travel planning, the electronic timetables are available at the Airport's website, www.sjc.org. Once downloaded, business and leisure travelers will have updated flight schedules at their fingertips whether it's at home, the office or on the road, without the need for a live internet connection. Travelers may simply visit www.sjc.org and select the "Airlines & Flights" link located on the homepage to view the most current flight information for planning that next business trip or just dreaming of that next vacation. Flight schedules can be downloaded on travelers' desktop or laptop computer for even easier access or synched with hand-held PDA devices to download the data. It is a simple process and the information is continually updated. Motorists can also tune their radios to 530 AM within two miles of SJC for current information on airport traffic, parking and security. Mineta San Jose International Airport (SJC), a self-supporting enterprise, is owned and operated by the City of San Jose.
