For material errors caused by MRSPR.COM, customers will receive a credit toward the purchase of future listing or advertising equal to the value of the agreement for the time during which the material error existed. All such credit is applied to future listings only – NO REFUNDS.

Given the nature of MRSPR.COM and the volume of messages and postings, MRSPR.COM cannot and does not monitor all of the material posted or transmitted by users and third party information providers.
